DIGITAL MOCKUPS:

If there is a digital mock-up that is attached to your quote/invoice that is for approximate positioning of the artwork only. Artwork scaling may not be exact. The mock-up will serve as a visual reference for determining print sizing and placement unless exact measurement preferences are specified by the customer. Please note the display of colors on different monitors/devices can vary dramatically. For DTG printing and embroidery, exact color matches cannot be made due to the nature of the imprinting methods. For DTG printing specifically, imprints may vary across individual garments and Primary Print Co. is not liable for the variations in these prints.

The colors of the print do not match my artwork?
All screens utilize RGB color values, whereas DTG Prints utilize CMYK values, potentially resulting in minor color discrepancies. To ensure precise color reproduction, we strongly suggest requesting a sample order prior to finalizing a wholesale purchase. Even if you've previously obtained a sample from another source, we advise ordering a sample from us due to potential differences in printing techniques among various providers. It's typical for prints to exhibit slight variations in color due to variances in garment dyes. For instance, in an order of 100 shirts, approximately 5-10 shirts may display a slight variation in shade on the print due to the garment dyeing process.

What is this black box on my shirt?
This phenomenon is known as pretreat. Its visibility can vary, being sometimes apparent and sometimes not. It's a standard occurrence with DTG shirts and typically dissipates after the initial wash.

My print quality came out bad!
With direct-to-garment printing, we reproduce images exactly as provided. For optimal results, artwork should ideally be print-ready, preferably at a resolution of 300 dpi. If you submit a low-quality image sourced from the internet, the print may exhibit pixelation. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that files are print-ready and of superior quality. We do not modify images since many customers initially use low-quality images for placement reference before sending them to their artists for bulk orders. We strongly recommend ordering a sample piece prior to finalizing a wholesale order to guarantee the delivery of high-quality graphics.

By placing an order with Primary Print Company LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above.
